Weekly translation status update (September 1--7)

Hi all,

Here's the status of all the translation that should probably be a good  
estimate of translation status for the final Gnome 2.4 release.

This week was more active then the previous two, which is highlighted  
in the "approximate change" (it's 2.5% this time, as compared to  
roughly 1.5% in the last weeks).

Highlights this week include:
- Bengali is up a whooping 31% (!!!), establishing itself in the  
"partially supported" group
- Albanian is up tremendous 21%, closing up on the supported languages
- Romanian is also up 21%, and in much the same situation
- Slovak has joined the ranks of supported languages by doing 15% of  
the translations this week
- Hindi improved notably by doing 14% of translations
- Brazilian Portuguese improved by 10% in the supported languages,
- Italian improved by 8% and is almost complete
- Finish is up 7%, improving position among the supported languages
- Ukranian (up 6%) and Vietnamese (up 7%) have also done a lot of work
- Greek (up 5%), Dutch (4%), Norwegian Bokmål and Chinese Simplified  
(4%) are all that much closer to full translations

With all that progress, there's one more supported language this time,  
and many that have improved quite a bit.
