Hallo list
I'd like to ask feedback on a an I18N bug I reported a while ago to make
the copyright string of gnome-nettool translatable:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=559852
The developer marked the bug with NEEDINFO, claiming that it is not
normally done, which would be really strange to me. Certainly other
people also translate "Copyright © ...." in their languages, and I
imagine some people would like to use other number systems for the years
than the Arabic ones used for English.
Any other reasons? Any reasons not to make them translatable?
