I added these instructions to
http://live.gnome.org/VideoSubtitles
along with a practical example.
Something that might not be easy to figure out is the location of the
source SRT in the original language.
I assumed that for the nkroes video it is
http://git.gnome.org/browse/video-subtitles/tree/guadec2010/neelie_kroes_on_open_source/en_GB.srt
I believe that translators should not add SRT file at the same
location. Is that right?
