Here is a localization issue in this message. Currently you breaks the subject and the verb in two separated translatable messages, rebuilding then at runtime following original English phrase; this could not work with some languages (or simply could force a suboptimal phrase).
Suggestions? I suspect the best option is mark as translatable the full string with tags, in order to allow translators to put in the proper place the capplet name, hoping translators will use right tags ...
