Agreed, this won't play nicely in some languages.
Suggestions? I suspect the best option is mark as translatable the
full string with tags, in order to allow translators to put in the
proper place the capplet name, hoping translators will use right tags ...
Some of us will mess it up, I don't doubt it :).
How about turning it inside out:
Tip: %s affect how much power is used
where %s is <link>%s</link> where %s is "Brightness Settings" ?
