AFAIK yelp should always fallback to play US English videos when there is no
translated video file available.

We have committed the Czech files for testing purposes only. The whole
delivery mechanism that we are going to use for getting-started is still
kind of evolving; ideally, there should be a build system to trigger
rendering the translated videos whenever there is a translation commit
pushed to the repo.

So far, jimmac has had to manually re-render all videos, which takes many
hours to complete. He temporarily uploaded the videos here:

We are planning to commit the translated videos on Monday when the 3.8.0
tarballs are due. Although working with large binary files like these in
Git can be really painful, we have no better solution so far - no make
target support etc. 

For translators, they don't need to do anything extra, just translate the
POT file for getting-started, which also includes the strings found in
videos.

For GNOME 3.8.0, distribution packagers will probably want to create
language packs for individual locales, as the overall package size for
getting-started would be too large otherwise.
