The TranslateToolikt has a poterminology tool [1], which seems to do the
same thing,
except more automated.

This is exactly the use case I have

I would appreciate a glossary, that would be usable for other free software
projects. It would be a bit weird to ask for glossary for Firefox on GNOME
mailing list.

A glossary can be bit too big, e.g. Microsoft glossary [2] is too big in my
opinion,
and since it is incomplete and we have divergence on some terms, maintaining
that might be too costly, so I was looking around for options.
