Alright, your screenshot seems to be Nautilus. And translations are in
https://l10n.gnome.org/POT/nautilus.gnome-3-36/nautilus.gnome-3-36.ckb.po

I think the parser applies the underscore to the character which is
*right* of the underscore, not left. Could you try that? e.g. change
msgstr "ـقەدبڕەکانی تەختەکلیل"
to
msgstr "قـەدبڕەکانی تەختەکلیل"
?
