Try installing the gnome-admin package and uninstalling the gnome-linuxconf
package. Then you should be able to use the gnome-linuxconf program in
the gnome-admin package.
We ship gnome-linuxconf as a separate package within Red Hat Linux.
Probably it should also be split out in the CVS archive, and simply
made to be its own package separate from gnome-admin in the future,
but we haven't done that yet...
