help compiling ORBit

[bewhite bgsm edu (Benjamin White)]

Hello all,

I am having a problem with compiling orbit.  Here is the errors I am
recieving:

(this is a fresh CVS copy I got tonight with 
cvs -z3 update -r FOR_PANEL ORBit)

Making all in name
