Can't compile imlib

Greetings,

I'm trying to compile imlib from CVS this morning and get the following.

aclocal: configure.in: 7: macro `AM_PROG_LIBTOOL' not found in library
utils/Makefile.am:89: variable `GTK_LIBS' not defined
utils/Makefile.am:89: variable `GTK_LIBS' not defined
loading cache ./config.cache
./configure: syntax error near unexpected token
`AM_CONFIG_HEADER(config.h)'
./configure: ./configure: line 534: `AM_CONFIG_HEADER(config.h)'

So what am I doing wrong this time.  :-/
