Esd startup problem

Hi,

When I launch gnome, esd starts no problem. But I cannot read mp3 siles
with x11amp.
To be able to read them I must :
	+ stop esd ( or kill it ) 
	+ start it again with '-as 2' option

Can someone tell me how to edit the config so it starts automatically
like that ??
Or / and Am I doing something wrong here !??
