RE: Proper order for starting gnome-pilot

Since the gnome-pilot list looks dead I'm posting this here.

I'm having some trouble starting cvs gnome-pilot. First of all it
won't start from the panel (gnome-1.0), however using the exec function from
pilot_applet.desktop it will start. At this point though there is a message
every second with "Message: state = initializing". I'm assuming that its
trying to connect to gpilotd. I get this same message even if I run gpilotd
deparately first.
