  Thats what I wound up doing also, I grabbed the gtk-doc via CVS and it
still failed to build (missing some .sgml file).
  Wound up grabbing gnome-libs from CVS and just finished building it, no
problems at all, looks the tarball is flaky, hopefully it'll get fixed in
the just released 1.0.4 :-).
