gnome-terminal or zvt glitch?

Hi all,

I found out that the right-click option menu doesn't appear when you run
certain apps, for instance pine and mc, with mouse-in-xterm enabled.

Is this a "feature" or am I missing something? I run gnome 1.0.53 
(all the latest and greatest) w/ enlightenment 0.16.2.
