If you really want reply-to headers or [gnome] put them in yourself.
The first is pretty trivial with procmail

:0 fhw
* ^Sender.*gnome-list
| formail -i "Reply-To: gnome-list@gnome-org"

That's untested, but it can't be far wrong.
