A few gnewbie questions.

First, is their anyway to easily do a "minimize all
windows"? Possibly right clicking on the panel? Second
Why isn't the gnome panel resizeable? And third when I
maximize a window that is covering part of the panel
it maximizes over the panel, not around it. Netscape
is very bad about this and it is quite annoying.
