The question is, why would you want this? Multiple workspaces solve
this annoying windows issue quite effectively. Want a clear desktop,
just move to a new workspace.
If you insist however you can bind a key to the "Iconify Workspace
Windows" function of Sawfish which will minimize all windows in your
current workspace.
Middle click root window->customize-bindings
Select context of "Window"
Add key binding.
