Hi dep -

They mean right click on the panel itself.  They you should get a menu that 
includes a "Panel" entry;  Mouse over that, you should see another submenu 
with "properties", mouse over that, and you should see "Hiding Policy", and 
under that you finally come to "auto hide".    At least that's where it is on 
my newly-installed RH-7.1 system.
