Now, this one made me rather curious:
rpm -Uvh openoffice-i18n-1.1beta-0pcap.i386.rpm --force
error: failed dependencies:
libatk-1.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libfontconfig.so.1 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libglib-2.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libgmodule-2.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libgobject-2.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libpango-1.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libpangox-1.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libpangoxft-1.0.so.0 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
libXft.so.2 is needed by openoffice-1.1beta-0pcap
... where openoffice-i18n-1.1beta-0pcap.i386.rpm is built by me, mostly by
combining Red Hat's OOo 1.0.2 pacakge with the OpenOffice.org "Linux
precompiled" distribution of 1.1 beta.
OK, so I didn't have Gtk 2 on this particular host, but apart from that:
This must mean that parts of OOo actually use Gtk now! Which ones,
exactly? Does this mean that OOo is about to get *properly* integrated
with GNOME?
