problems starting gnome

Hellok,
I build garnome 2.8.0.3 on fedora core 2 system. Now when I start gnome,
it works fine the first time for a user, but when I exit and try to
restart gnome, I get an error (see log file below).
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
