Huh ? The error message said:
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gstreamer-libs-0.6.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'gstreamer-libs-0.6' found
Which is quite explicit. It means that you should install the package
containing that file. That file has always been in gstreamer-plugins.
