[Gnome-print] pb with compliling gnome-print

I try to compile gnome-print 0.20 and I received a error message what I
don't understand :

gnome-font-install.c:111:undefined reference to 'xmlGetProp'

I thought that it could be because of libxml but i have libxml 1.8.7
installed

do you have an idea ?
