[Gnome-print] What i must do to use a non standar size to print ?

Well, i have made an application to fill some form to send packets by
mail. Those forms has its own size (and is not a standard sizes).


What i must do to print this kind of forms?

P.S.: I have modify the /etc/paper.conf file and ghostscript to support
this paper size, but when i print it, the printer thinks that is an A4
paper (the printer is an old dot printer)
