Bill and Chema,
Thanks for the bug filings. I did manage to read the Reference manual with
Lynx by removing the newline before the > in the </style> tag. The manual
wasn't too useful, as Chema said, but I am now looking at libgnomeprintui,
which has examples, and gedit.
