A merged codecs page would take the whole screen (just open the prefs
and see). And my remark is always the same: no you can not 100%
eliminate codecs except in the limit cases where a codec exceeds the
specified bandwidth. That would become confusing because the user would
wonder why some codecs that are not disabled in the GUI are disabled
during the call.
But I still ask: where should that bandwidth limit setting be placed?
