1.00 is not compatible with the binary package for 0.99

Use ./configure --prefix= where --prefix is the place where bonobo
expects things to be. Usuallly --prefix=/usr should do the trick and
place gnomemeeting.server in /usr/lib/bonobo/servers/

No, not the CVS version but latest stable from openh323.org/bin should
do the trick.
