I partially agree.
I see nothing wrong with having every toolbar in the world available to 
GnomeMeeting - as long as they toggle on and off.
Wouldnt this be the best solution?
Everyone can be happy then. You can add and remove toolbars to your hearts 
content. Personally, I find with most simple apps that once you initially 
configure it properly, you rarely use most of the buttons in any case and you 
could just about have only one or two buttons on the main interface from then 
on.
Thats my 2 cents worth anyway.
I have no problem with making software easy to use for everyone.
I'm sick of the some unix users attitude of keeping things hard to use so 
that not everyone can work it out. Whats with that?
I've been using linux for around 5 years now, and I love seeing every new 
release of software and distributions to see the changes to the interfaces 
since I started using it.

Anyway, I say keep everyone happy, and have toggle toolbars or something :-)
