Good news first.

Progress has been made! I disconnected my D-Link DI-713P gateway/router,
and now I can hear Andy (and Andy can still see and hear me). Also, I
can see Andy for a second or two at the beginning of a call.

Now the bad news.

After 1 or 2 seconds of a call, I can no longer see Andy. Andy's video
freezes after a few seconds. Andy tried calling acetyl, and acetyl could
see Andy with no troubles, so I think this problem is with my computer.

I have put up the output from debug during this new connection with Andy
on my web page. The URL is

In particular, I noticed these lines from the debug output:

and then a few lines later

Why is Andy's picture freezing on my computer? Andy is still
transmitting but the video on my computer freezes up.
