No, GnomeMeeting is :
- a videoconferencing software that can be used to contact friends
- a VOIP application
- an IP telephony software
- ...

It is possible to talk to all H.323 users yes. I don't see the relation
between what you are saying and the H.323 compatibility. ILS is not
related to H.323, ILS is only one of the numerous ways to contact other
people you know without knowing their IP address. GnomeMeeting provides
full H.323 compliance and full ILS compliance even though ILS is nothing
standard and defined nowhere. The problem is that Netmeeting only lists
"ms-netmeeting" clients. So what? Do I have to rename GnomeMeeting into
ms-netmeeting? Complain to Microsoft dude, or complain to the ILS
servers admins.

What is the problem there? Do you need to register on ILS porn servers
to call your girlfriend? I don't understand. You can use the ILS server
we provide you compatible with GnomeMeeting and with Netmeeting, so why
do you complain? Moreover, nothing prevents you to call people on
Microsoft ILS porn servers, it works. So where is the problem? Do you
pretend that the fact I do not name GnomeMeeting "ms-netmeeting" in ILS
servers prevents you to call other users?
