I suppose it was more or less supported by the PWC driver, which might or
might not be in the next stable kernel - there is a bit of a discussion
going on at the moment between the kernel developers, the maintainer, and
a rather large group of people like me who use this driver.
Note that I have not tried this webcam, and buying webcams for linux is
usually a bit of a gamble still (sadly enough). Different chips might be
used in products with the same name, making it hard to identify the device
before you plug it in.
