There should be such an indication. Anyway, the problem with Netmeeting is different: you see in the log that Netmeeting never start sending anything. Send me another debug 3 output to see if the audio problem is still there. It could be the cause, I guess Netmeeting is puzzled by the fact no audio is sent. But GM should display a popup telling "Can not open the soundcard for transmission".
