One thing to check is that the polycom is running the latest code. I
have a VSX3000 here.
I have just recompiled with the latest cvs snapshot and I cannot get two
way video with the VSX3000. I get nothing at all with "small" and with
"large" all I get an initial picture and nothing more - it remains
stuck.
Anyway, try with large and see if you get the same results.
Perhaps I will ask Guilhem Tardy for advice.
