The debug output you give just indicates "Killed". Who killed the
process? What happens? There is not even a call attempt, so I can not
say what fails when calling.

I'm sorry, but I do not understand what happens, and without more
information from you, it could be very difficult to guess. Please
describe exactly what you do, what happens, and provide accurate
backtraces AND debug outputs.
