I know, you said I'm on my own, but... ;)
say I'd like to know how opal_h261_cif and qcif  are defined, the way 
I'm seeing it is:
in GMManager::SetVideoMediaFormats,  there's a call to OpalMediaFormat, 
where settings for the codec h.261 cif and qcif are updated.
But, there's a call to  GetMediaFormatOrder(), and I can't find it 
anywhere; I'm guessing it's the function needed to define OPAL_H261_CIF 
and QCIF. Any direction in this area would be great, and thank you again
