What xml file do i need to edit to save over existing excel file

Hello there ...
I have successfully upgrade to 0.71 but now it is saying that I need to
edit the appropriate plugin.xml file in order to save over an existing
excel file. Could somebody please describe what to do? I had this
working in 0.65. Thanks for all of the help
