This is a known missing feature that I have been working towards.
The majority of the support is in place, the main remaining work is
in implementing a dialog for editing conditions. I was hoping to
reuse some code from the sort dialog to handle it.
simultaneous conditions. (e.g.: N=blue, D=yellow E=green). People at my
work would to love to have more than 3 simultaneous conditional format
specifications.
Maybe this is a thing where Gnumeric could surpass Excel?
Yes easily. Although it will get filtered down to 3 when exporting
to xls.
Could you tell me if such a feature is planned for Gnumeric?
I'd love to get it in for 1.2, but getting graphs reenabled is a
higher priority. If someone was interested in helped with the
dialog (minimal knowledge of gnumeric required) we might be able to
squeeze it in.
