Why do I always think of possible problems after the fact? All of these 
start on a weekend, what about:

=networkdays(date(2002,3,1),date(2002,3,3))
=networkdays(date(2002,3,1),date(2002,3,4))
=networkdays(date(2002,3,1),date(2002,3,5))
