hi all,
first, let me say that gnumeric is one of my favorite programs. after
retiring my old apple ][, i used windows for about 2 months before
switching to linux. however, i've used excel as an undergrad at school
and liked it alot. gnumeric is an excellent piece of work.
that said, i have a question about plotting.
i have some values of magnetization of a thermodynamic system at
different temperatures along with error bars:
A B C D E F G H I
1 T 4 3.5 3 2.5 2.269 2 1.5 1
2 m 0.1686 0.1989 0.2854 0.5420 0.7467 0.9107 0.9862 0.9993
3 +/- 0.0042 0.010 0.018 0.048 0.028 0.0072 0.00085 0.00015
i also have some values that my professor attained:
4 m 0.1667 0.2010 0.2797 0.5401 0.9110 0.9864 0.9992
5 +/- 0.0056 0.0072 0.00173 0.0028 0.0051 0.0092 0.0012
i'd like to graph my values of m vs T with errorbars.
i'd also like to graph my professor's values for m vs T with his
errorbars in a different color on the same graph.
how can this be done?
thanks!
pete
