Magic Number Problem

I had a problem with exec the other day when I tried to run Gnumeric.

The error message reads:
exec() : 0509-036 Cannot load program /opt/freeware/bin/gnumeric because of
the following errors:
            0509-150 Dependant module /cots/sybase12/OCS_12/lib/libintl.a
cannot be loaded
            0509-103 This module has an invaild magic number

Has anyone else ran into this?
