XL docs are your friend.
As far as I can tell 'in list' requires that the entered value exist
in the specified list of possiblities. XL certainly supports lists
of the form
A1:A10
I don't know if it supports A1:A10+3. I'd certainly like to. Once
the implicit iteration code goes in we should get that functionality
for free :-) So what we really need is some sort of loop to see if
the target value is in the permissible set.
