I think  that people like to have things like "Confidential" or 
"Internal Use Only" in big print, but light
gray in the background of their spreadsheets.  Having an option for the 
user to enter a string which
is then formatted like that (typically diagonally across the page) might 
be MORE useful than what
excel does.
