Problem with Includes (libgsf)

I have installed the library as directed using
configure, make and make install.  Now I am just
trying to start using this library and I have ran into
some problems.  

When I include a header ie. gsf.h, it gives me errors
that it can't find glib.h  What can I do to make sure
all the libraries link up properly ?
