Erlang Function Problems

Dear Morten, Jody.


I'm very sorry, I haven't found times to do some analysis on Erlang
function problems.

Morten, it seems that offtraf function has some problems, it will not
give error results on certain circuits and traffic_carried values, for
example, 300 circuit and traffic_carried 230. 

Can you please just revert to the old function while I get to find the
time to analyze this problem. Or, sorry for this, maybe you could
analyze why does it giving error results?

And Jody, I am very sorry to bother you also,
Have you get a fix for that sumif function? I really needed it.
If not, that's okay, gotta find my workaround of it for now. 

I'm very sorry not to be able to give much help right now.
