You mean, I would guess, the X11R6 SM for client windows documented
in the ICCCM? In theory, Enlightenment does a bit of that,
but I don't think it has been tested much.

Neither do I. They look good to me. Please go ahead
and commit them. (With appropriate ChangeLog entries)
