I like this idea. Im currently messed up with MS Intellimouse scroll wheel
behaviour under GTK+. When I scroll wheel in AbiWord,it crashes, some
widget behave incorrectly too, when event with button 4 or 5 is emitted.
Many people never use mouse with wheel, so it is better not to mess this
code with main source, but make it as plugin, as Egil describes. Main
source should be free of various bells&whistles.
