Yes, I know - I was just noting that not all of the items controllable
in a GtkCList, for example, are necessarily user-preference-only items.
(I could also see a use for program-settable interior-node pixmaps, e.g.
in a GUI for constructing filter expressions in Ethereal, along the
lines of what Microsoft's Network Monitor does, but that's another
matter.)
