i'm havig a hard time also giving a concrete list right now.
gtkarg.h is going to vanish completely though, other than that,
it's a good idea to keep an eye on gtkcompat.h and docs/Changes-2.0.txt
in CVS HEAD. as a last resort, do fgrep -i deprecate *.[hc] on CVS HEAD ;)
