I believe I've mentioned this to you already, Jonathan, but I
for 7610 text items, I get a very fast add before realize, but from
_show() to usability, the entire UI is locked for 12s (PII300/196MB
RAM). Incremental reflow should improve this, and allow me to start
adding items with the TreeView already onscreen (hopefully).
