range inversion

Hi,

To fix http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50806
I'm just adding a simple gtk_range_set_inverted() call.
If anyone has thoughts on that, speak up.

Question: should GTK_SCROLL_STEP_* always increase adjustment->value,
or always move in the same visual direction?
